Wonderful raised $550 million in a Series C round at a $5 billion valuation, the company said on Sept. 2, 2026. Insight Partners led the financing, with Salesforce joining as a new investor.

The valuation is more than double the $2 billion price from Wonderful’s previous round nearly six months earlier, according to TechCrunch. The Wall Street Journal reported that Insight Partners invested $150 million and that Salesforce was the only new backer.

Existing investors Index Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, IVP, Vine Ventures and 9Yards Capital also participated. Insight Partners also led Wonderful’s $150 million Series B in March 2026, when the company had raised $286 million in total, TechCrunch reported.

Wonderful, founded in 2025, describes its product as an AI operating system for enterprises. The company said the platform coordinates agents, workflows, AI-native applications, integrations and governed execution. It is model-agnostic, works with existing technology stacks and can run in cloud environments or on premises.

The platform includes managed workflows, employee productivity agents, AI-native applications and conversational agents. Customers can deploy those products independently or together, integrate them with existing systems, select models for different workloads and retain ownership of what they build, according to the company.

Wonderful said it has expanded to more than 35 markets and grown to 650 employees since its Series B. The Wall Street Journal reported that it plans to build a team of about 1,000 people.

The new funding will support product development, expansion of Wonderful’s global deployment teams and demand for its AI operating system. The company said it will hire hundreds of engineers, forward-deployed engineers and former founders, while adding product capabilities across the enterprise.

Forward-deployed engineers work with customers to put an initial use case into production before transferring the knowledge needed to operate the platform, the company said. Wonderful announced the round in a post on X and a company statement datelined Amsterdam.
