Go Big News (https://www.gobignews.com) is a business news publication. Companies receive public profiles, can verify ownership of their web domains to claim those profiles, and can publish official Company News. The publication also produces its own Staff News coverage. By using the site you accept these terms; if you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

Signing in requires a valid email address. Claiming a company profile requires proving control of that company's web domain through the verification methods we provide. We may revoke claims obtained through false or expired verification, and we may merge duplicate profiles of the same company.

Publishing Company News is free. Submissions may be reviewed before or after publication, and we may decline, edit for standards, or remove content that violates these terms or our editorial policy. This publication covers positive and neutral business developments; we do not publish attacks, unverifiable claims, or content you do not have the right to publish. Published stories receive permanent URLs; material errors are handled through corrections rather than silent edits.

You retain ownership of content you publish and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and excerpt it as part of operating the publication. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and warrant that you hold the necessary rights, including for uploaded images.

Paid features buy distribution, never coverage. A Story Boost is a fixed-price promotional placement: it adds ranking strength to a specific published story on the surface you chose, and that strength decays on the published schedule until the promotion window ends. Publishing Power is a promotional feature that accrues from promotion spending (or direct purchase) and gives every future story a stronger launch position. All prices are shown before payment; payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store card numbers.

Paid promotion never buys editorial approval, favorable coverage, protection from corrections, or placement in editorial products such as Most Read. Publishing Power is a permanent, non-consumable platform upgrade that improves the initial ranking strength of future stories. It cannot be spent, redeemed for money, or transferred between customers (when duplicate profiles of the same company are merged, it follows the company), and it may be adjusted or removed in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

Promotion begins immediately after payment, so completed promotion is generally non-refundable. Exceptions: if a story attached to a Boost is rejected in review and not published, the Boost is refunded in full; and if we fail to deliver a purchased promotion, contact us and we will refund it. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. Refund requests: [email protected].

You may not impersonate a company or person, claim a profile you are not authorized to manage, publish false or misleading information, attempt to manipulate readership metrics or rankings outside the paid features we offer, or interfere with the site's operation or security.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rankings, readership figures, and coverage are provided for general information and are not investment, legal, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
