Brigade Group launched Brigade Barcelona in Neopolis, Kokapet, on September 4. The 4.04-acre housing project will have more than 650 apartments and estimated revenue potential of over ₹2,700 crore, the company said in a release.
The launch adds to Brigade’s residential plans for Hyderabad. Before the announcement, its Q1 FY27 presentation identified about 3.95 million square feet of planned residential launches in the city, part of a roughly 12-million-square-foot launch pipeline for the following four quarters.
Brigade Barcelona will offer three- and four-bedroom apartments in a 52-storey tower. The company bought the site through an outright purchase. Its project page lists apartments from ₹3.87 crore and gives the Telangana RERA registration number as P02400011156.
The company said the plans include Spanish-inspired architecture, master-plan setbacks, an eco-deck, a rooftop skywalk and wellness zones.
Executive director Amar Mysore said the expansion reflects Brigade’s confidence in Hyderabad’s economic momentum and real estate market. The company cited Neopolis’ proximity to the Financial District, Gachibowli and HITEC City, as well as interest from professionals, entrepreneurs and NRIs.
Brigade previously launched Brigade Gateway in Neopolis in January 2025. The approximately 10-acre mixed-use development includes about 600 residences, a World Trade Center, an Orion Mall and a hotel with more than 300 rooms. The residences had stated sales potential of ₹3,300 crore.
JLL reported that premium housing’s share of Hyderabad home sales rose from 73% in 2023 to 82% in 2025. Knight Frank reported that the city’s average residential price increased 13% year over year to ₹6,721 per square foot in 2025, while its range for Kokapet was ₹10,045 to ₹12,500 per square foot in the second half of that year.
Established in 1986, Brigade develops residential, office, retail, hospitality and education projects across several Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad.
