Dream Finders Homes, Inc. is a Jacksonville, Florida-based homebuilder that designs, builds and sells single-family homes for entry-level, move-up and active-adult buyers. It also provides mortgage-banking, title-insurance and homeowners-insurance services. The company trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker DFH.[1], [2], [3]
Patrick O. Zalupski founded the business in 2008 and serves as its president and chief executive officer. He formed Dream Finders Homes LLC in December 2008 after working as an internal financial auditor at FedEx and as managing partner of Bay Street Condominiums from 2006 to 2008.[1], [4]
The company markets homes under brands that include Coventry Homes, Craft Homes and DF Luxury. It uses the Reverie brand for active-adult housing. Resort Lifestyle is a line of Reverie communities without formal age restrictions.[2], [3]
Dream Finders Homes reported that it had closed more than 46,500 homes from the groundbreaking of its first home through December 31, 2025. At that date, it had 313 active communities.[2]
