Rology said today it is introducing ECHO AI, an AI dictation and reporting system for radiologists. The company announced the product in a post on X.
Radiologists can use ECHO AI through a web app or Chrome extension with any microphone, according to the announcement.
ECHO AI is intended to let radiologists "dictate, refine, and finalize radiology reports with an intelligent AI copilot," according to the product page. The product page lists "real-time accent-aware medical speech transcription," a template library spanning imaging modalities, voice commands and macros. It also lists RAG-based clinical intelligence with ICD-10 coding and safety checks, plus exports to PDF and DOCX.
The page lists a free tier with 10 reports a month, basic transcription and templates. Its Pro tier costs $19 a month or $99 a year and includes unlimited reports, RAG suggestions, ICD-10 coding and exports.
Rology describes itself as an FDA-cleared teleradiology platform founded in 2017 and operating across the Middle East and Africa. That clearance applies to the company's core teleradiology platform, not to ECHO AI.
In December 2025, Rology closed a growth round with participation from Philips Foundation, Johnson & Johnson Impact Ventures, Sanofi Global Health Unit's Impact Fund and MIT Solve Innovation Future, according to Wamda.
