Noetive announced a $41 million seed round on September 16, 2026. CEO and co-founder Amir Frenkel disclosed the funding in a post on X, and the company’s release named Eclipse as lead investor.
Frenkel says Noetive is building self-improving AI for the physical economy, which he put at $30 trillion and defined to include factories, logistics, energy and data centers. He said current AI products were designed for information work on the internet rather than physical operations.
The company calls its approach “Intelligence Of Record.” Its product combines agentic AI with a universal sensing pod intended to monitor industrial operations, targeting manufacturing, logistics and construction. On its site, Noetive describes a process of gaining operational visibility, learning from teams and operations, then autonomously executing and improving core processes.
The company names dynamic production planning in manufacturing, manifest consolidation in logistics and plan-site coordination in construction as initial uses. Steuben Foods is a design partner; its CEO said planning work that had occurred monthly and taken a week now happens daily in minutes.
According to the announcement, other investors include Craft Ventures, The Westly Group, Swish Ventures, Factory, Incite Ventures, Gigascale Capital, Operator Partners and Liquid 2 Ventures. Angel investors include Meta CTO Andrew “Boz” Bosworth and Airbnb CTO Ahmad Al-Dahle.
Before starting Noetive, Frenkel spent nearly a decade as a vice president at Meta and held leadership roles at Alphabet and Amazon.
