Entropia published a September 10, 2026 blog post saying it had partnered with Model ML, an AI platform for finance. Model ML also announced the partnership in a post on X.
The companies are connecting Model ML with Entropia’s M&A data rooms. Entropia says bankers can work with their live data rooms from within Model ML while retaining their existing access rights.
The arrangement puts deal documents and diligence work inside a platform used across investment banking, management consulting, private equity and credit, and asset and wealth management. Model ML said Entropia’s agents can prepare data rooms and run diligence, claiming work that once took days can take minutes.
The connection uses Entropia’s Model Context Protocol server. The server lets connected AI platforms browse documents, search their full text, read files, view Q&A threads and analyze audit logs. Any write access requires explicit permission, according to Entropia’s MCP server page.
Entropia lists Model ML, Claude and Rogo as platforms with native connectors. It describes itself as a Paris-based, Europe-hosted virtual data room for M&A. Model ML says its software is embedded in tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Model ML raised a $75 million Series A in November 2025, led by FT Partners, after a seed round led by LocalGlobe. The company was founded by brothers Chaz and Arnie Englander.
Model ML CEO Chaz Englander said the partnership gives the company’s M&A users direct access to Entropia data rooms within their existing workflows. Entropia announced the news in its September 10 blog post, and Model ML later confirmed it in a post on X.
