Dreamscale Labs, a Y Combinator Fall 2026 company based in San Francisco, has launched a cloud platform for deploying robot AI models without expensive local GPUs. The platform runs models including DreamZero and MolmoAct2 remotely.
Co-founder and chief product officer Chris Yoo announced the launch in a post on X, saying robot AI models are growing larger while on-board compute is becoming increasingly inaccessible because of cost. Yoo described the approach as a contrarian bet.
The company claims 40-50% lower tail latency than existing cloud providers. Dreamscale says DreamZero 14B runs at 320 milliseconds, faster than NVIDIA's benchmark while using half the silicon.
It says its platform supports more than eight robots running concurrently on a single H100 GPU. Dreamscale describes its mission as democratizing access to frontier physical intelligence by shifting inference from expensive local hardware to the cloud.

Dreamscale Labs received $100,000 in equity-free funding through Airwallex's Latitude 37 program, according to Startup Daily. The program distributed $1 million across 10 Australian-founder AI startups.
