BreezeBlue AI said on Sept. 6, 2026, that it raised a $6 million seed round co-led by Redpoint China and Vision Plus Capital. The company announced the financing in a post on X.
BreezeBlue said it was started to build audio foundation models for natural and expressive real-time experiences. It presented Breeze TTS 2 as its current product and said further work would follow.
Breeze TTS 2 is available through a browser studio, voice library and developer API. The services share one account, plan, credit balance and collection of saved voices. BreezeBlue markets the product for real-time use, content production and voice applications, with speech in more than 50 languages.
Published pricing includes a free plan with 400 daily credits and paid plans costing $9, $19 and $99 a month. Listed usage rates range from $28 to $40 per million characters.
Terms effective Aug. 25, 2026, identify the platform’s operator as Resonia, Inc., doing business as Breeze Blue. The terms allow commercial use of outputs generated with a paid subscription. Outputs produced without an active paid subscription, including through free or separately purchased credits, are limited to personal, non-commercial use.
BreezeBlue introduced Breeze TTS 2 in a company blog post dated Aug. 7, 2026. The model combines natural-language voice design, voice direction and low-latency streaming. Developer documentation describes a real-time text-to-speech interface that keeps a WebSocket connection open across multiple turns and uses the model identifier breeze-tts-2.
On Aug. 25, the company open-sourced the model weights and PyTorch inference code. Its Hugging Face listing describes Breeze TTS 2 as a 3 billion-parameter, open-weight text-to-speech model.
The inference code uses the Apache 2.0 license. The model weights, derivative models and self-hosted outputs are restricted to research and non-commercial use, while outputs from the hosted platform or API may be used commercially with a paid subscription.
Vision Plus Capital says it was founded in 2015. Its founder and chairman, Eddie Wu, is a co-founder of Alibaba Group.
