Founder Ben Clarke on September 4 launched A2A Net, a platform that builds customer-facing AI agents from a B2B software company's existing APIs. In a post on X, Clarke said teams with an OpenAPI specification or an MCP server can create an agent in five minutes from the product's landing page.
Clarke said those agents can be used on a customer's website and app, and in Slack, Teams, Copilot and Gemini Enterprise. He also listed the product on Product Hunt the same day.
He used the 2026 industry phrase "SaaSpocalypse" and said a single software company can serve many customers at lower cost than those customers would spend rebuilding the same tools internally. He said software-as-a-service can apply AI across its products because both run on computers, particularly in high-use categories that hold large volumes of data, records and workflows.
Clarke said shipping a production agent remains difficult because prompt edits often swap one failure for another. He said prompt-optimization methods such as GEPA require a numeric score and natural-language feedback, with a coding agent acting as the optimizer and an AI engineer as the evaluator.
A2A Net is designed to replace that scoring step, Clarke said. Operators rate conversations, the ratings teach an LLM-as-a-judge to apply the same scores, and the judge then drives automatic optimization. The Product Hunt listing says the optimizer is based on GEPA and has been adapted for conversational agents.
The A2A Net website lays out five steps: add an OpenAPI spec or MCP server URL, test the agent in real conversations, set rubrics and rate chats, run automatic optimization, then publish. The site says every agent is compatible with the A2A and AG-UI protocols, and that agents can send and receive files including images, PDFs and spreadsheets on each supported platform.
Clarke said one customer found the agent built from the landing page better than an agent they had been building for months. Clarke said another customer deployed an agent to its customers in a week for multi-step workflows, including uploading unstructured spreadsheets with more than 50,000 cells.
Pricing on the website lists a free pay-as-you-go tier for personal agents in the A2A Net interface and Slack, a Startup plan at $300 a month, a Scale plan at $1,000 a month, and a custom Enterprise plan that includes a self-hosted option. Annual billing is listed at $2,700 for Startup and $9,000 for Scale. Credits are priced at $10 per 1,000, with model tokens billed at market rates.
A site FAQ says A2A Net stands for Agent2Agent Network and that the product is built for customer-facing agents that take actions and complete workflows, rather than customer-support chatbots of the kind offered by Intercom, Sierra and Decagon.
