Mahesh said in a post on X that glowy has crossed 374 users and that he has already received one offer after listing it for sale. He said he listed glowy on Trust MRR last week and listed it for sale two days before the post.

glowy turns a selfie and a reference photo into a finished photo in under a minute, according to its website. The service uses a one-time credit model rather than a subscription and is operated by One Man Holdings LLC.

The episode puts an AI photo generator before buyers on a marketplace for buying and selling SaaS startups and digital businesses. Trust MRR says revenue on its marketplace is verified through supported payment providers including Stripe, RevenueCat, Superwall and Creem, and it ranks listed startups by verified revenue.

Mahesh also said 159 images have been generated on glowy. The user and image counts are his own figures.

glowy sells 200 credits for $9 and a 2,000-credit bulk pack for $50. Its website says credits do not expire and customers are charged only for photos that finish generating. The product also markets 2K-quality output, private encrypted storage with expiring links and no watermarks for uses including dating profiles, social media, travel, personal branding and fashion.

A comparable product, Photo AI, is a bootstrapped AI photo and headshot generator built by Dutch indie entrepreneur Pieter Levels. Photo AI trains a custom model on uploaded selfies and offers more than 100 themed photo packs, including dating, travel and professional headshots. Fortune Business Insights valued the global AI image generator market at roughly $412.51 million in 2025 and projected $484.29 million in 2026.
