Zeligate has closed $6.25 million in seed funding, founder Denver Naidoo said in a post on X. Naidoo said Zeli, the company’s AI hiring co-worker, is live in aviation and regulated healthcare.
The company’s media page says a final $750,000 tranche brought its total seed funding to $6.25 million. It says Zeli is operating in production with paying customers in aviation and healthcare, with further rollouts planned for higher education and other regulated industries.
The deployment places Zeligate’s hiring product in sectors where the company says its process creates an audit trail. Naidoo said every stage is recorded, transcribed and scored, producing that record rather than a recommendation.
DNX Ventures invested in an earlier tranche of the seed round, according to Zeligate. The company describes DNX as a US-Japan venture firm and says the investment was DNX’s first in Australia. DNX Ventures Principal Yurika Imuta said the firm was impressed by the quality of Zeligate’s AI-driven interview experience.
Zeligate lists Denver Naidoo and Sam Naidoo as its founders. Sam Naidoo is co-founder and head of people and culture. The company is based on the Gold Coast, Australia, after relocating from Brisbane in 2025.
Naidoo said the Series A round is open and that he will be in the US from October. The company did not identify the aviation or healthcare customers using Zeli, or disclose other investors in the seed round.
The company announced the funding and deployment news in a post on X.
