Tally has reached $6 million in annual recurring revenue, co-founder Marie Martens said in a post on X. The form builder says it did so without external funding, with a team of 10 and more than 2.5 million users.

In a company blog post, Tally reported monthly recurring revenue of $501,000 at the time of the milestone. The company says it crossed $2 million in annual recurring revenue in February 2025, $3 million in June 2025, $4 million in October 2025 and $5 million in April 2026 before reaching $6 million.

Tally describes its business as product-led and bootstrapped. Martens co-founded the company with Filip Minev.

The company was founded in Ghent, Belgium, and its beta launched in September 2020. Tally emerged from the founders' experience building forms for Hotspot, a hotel-influencer marketplace that the COVID-19 pandemic killed.

Tally offers a free, block-based form builder in which users type “/” to add question blocks. The product includes unlimited forms and responses, conditional logic, payment collection, custom CSS and branding, PDF export, and more than 100 integrations, including Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, Notion and Zapier.

Tally says its product is used by more than 500,000 teams, including teams at Notion, Make, Buy Me a Coffee, Rakuten and Glovo. That figure counts teams, rather than the 2.5 million users reported in the annual recurring revenue announcement.
