Climate-tech startup Circolife raised $4.5 million (₹40.45 crore) in a pre-Series A round, Inc42 reported on September 8, 2026. Bharat Jaisinghani, joint managing director of Polycab India, led the financing.

The Thane-based company has 10,000 active subscriptions across five cities, according to Inc42. Circolife plans to grow its customer base fourfold over the next two years.

Founded in 2023 by Abhishek Murarka, Tushar Patil and Devanshu Mishra, Circolife supplies commercial air conditioners under a monthly subscription. Businesses pay to use the units, while Circolife handles installation, maintenance, refurbishment and replacement. Its customers include restaurants, hotels, gyms, salons and co-living operators.

The round also included Nitish Mittersain, Intelliquity Ventures, Param Capital, Siddharth Ladsariya, Anand Ladsariya, Anant Goenka, Sky Impact Capital and Rohit Dev. Family offices S N Damani and Vyom Wealth also participated, among others.

The new capital will fund a larger air-conditioner fleet and expansion into new markets. Circolife also plans to build out its in-house installation and field-service operations and fund further work on its IoT and AI capabilities.

Circolife’s IoT-enabled units report temperature, power consumption and gas pressure. The company uses that data to flag units at risk of failure before they break down.

The company is building digital twins, starting with individual units and later extending the work to entire sites. It plans to use these models to improve cooling performance and energy efficiency.

Circolife runs refurbishment facilities in Mumbai and Delhi. At the end of a unit’s lifecycle, the company can recondition it at one of those facilities and return it to service.

Inc42 reported the financing in an article dated September 8, 2026, and in a post on X the same day. Circolife’s website markets 5-star commercial air conditioners on subscription but does not list the financing.
