Tutti now lists more than 8,000 registered creators on its X marketplace, according to totals currently shown on its site.
The product, operated by Boston-based Velocity1, LLC, reports 8,198 creators, 1,819 posts, and 69 campaigns. Combined follower counts across those accounts stand at 38.3 million. A separate brand page lists 75.4 million calibrated impressions, 945,000 engagements, and 26 brands that have run at least one campaign. Tutti presents those as platform totals; they have not been independently audited.
The workflow is built only around X. Creators sign in with their accounts, pass a review, choose campaigns, publish, and submit the post link so tracking can start. Payouts can be sent in USDC or Chinese yuan. Tutti says it settles brands on effective exposure after stripping inflated traffic, and it currently advertises $8 to $14 per thousand impressions, with likes, replies, quotes, and reposts included rather than billed on top. It also says roughly one in ten creator applications is accepted.
Founder Yucheng, who lists Tutti alongside Velocity1's studio and the Lucius context product, wrote in May that the marketplace had paid out $42,400 across 125 rewards in its first weeks live, with one creator receiving more than $5,000. He framed the company as an attention marketplace for builders, not a traditional influencer agency.
Brands submit a brief and a target audience. Tutti says its matching system proposes creators, drafts can be checked against brand rules before they go live, and campaign dashboards refresh hourly. Anonymized client notes on the brand site include a subscription marketplace that reported 1,820 sign-ups and 210 orders, and an AI workspace that attributed about 2,000 sign-ups and a Product Hunt daily first-place finish to a campaign. Those conversion claims are the clients' own.
Sixty-nine campaigns and 26 brands remain a small roster next to larger creator networks. What Tutti is testing is a narrow lane: vetted X posts, performance pay, and a published screening rate, sold to AI and developer companies that already treat that network as a launch channel.
