Proferex has opened founding access to a marketing operations platform that combines ad attribution, lead capture, campaign tools and automated follow-up in one product.

The platform is aimed at media buyers, agencies and marketing teams that want to follow a prospect from the initial click through to a lead or conversion. Proferex says it tracks visits, clicks and conversions in real time, captures leads and supports follow-up through email, push notifications and Telegram.

Its AI features assist with analytics and campaign creation, while customers retain approval over actions before they run. The platform also includes multi-step funnels, path and rule controls, automatic cost synchronization through traffic-source APIs, programmatic SubID controls, hosted landing pages, an SEO publishing system and support for custom domains.

Together, these features are intended to reduce the number of separate tools required to measure campaigns, understand customer journeys and act on the resulting data.

According to figures published by the company, more than $500,000 in revenue, 15 million visits and 1.5 million clicks have been tracked through Proferex to date. These figures are company-reported and have not been independently verified.

Proferex is offering its first 100 customers access to the Pro plan for $197 per month, with that price grandfathered for the life of the account. The company lists the plan's regular price as $299 per month. Higher-volume Scale and Agency plans are currently listed at $499 and $999 per month, respectively.

The Pro plan includes an allowance of two million events and 1,000 AI credits per month. Proferex defines an event as a tracked visit, click or conversion, and says it contacts customers before enforcing its event allowances.

Founding customers are also offered one-to-one onboarding. That hands-on setup could be particularly relevant for a product covering attribution, campaign structure and audience follow-up, where the quality of the initial implementation can affect the usefulness of the resulting data.
