TabaPay said in a blog post that it processed more than 670 million transactions in 2025 and reached a $100 billion annual run rate. The company also said run-rate net revenue increased 70% year over year.
TabaPay described itself as the sixth-largest U.S. online payment processor. It provides regulated businesses with a single API for push and pull transactions across card networks and bank rails, including RTP, FedNow and ACH.
Its customers use the service for lending, gaming, on-demand payroll, digital banking, insurance, remittances and recurring billing. Forbes reported that TabaPay’s largest customers included Earnin, Dave and DailyPay, and that it also served Chime and payroll processor ADP.
The 2025 figures follow a profitable 2024. Forbes reported that TabaPay generated $45 million in net revenue in 2024, up from $36 million in 2023, and earned $12.5 million in GAAP net profit.
Forbes reported in February 2025 that the company had been mostly self-funded and had raised $3 million from Aligned Partners, SoftBank and other investors. That account covered TabaPay’s funding history before its latest reported operating figures. SoftBank Vision Fund 2 invested in the company in March 2022 to support product development and international expansion, though TabaPay did not disclose the amount.
Rodney Robinson, Marvin Mah and Manoj Verma founded TabaPay in 2017. Robinson is CEO, Mah is CTO and Verma is chief revenue officer. Bloomberg’s Legal Entity Identifier record, last updated Jan. 22, 2026, lists the company’s headquarters at 450 Cambridge Ave. in Palo Alto, California, and says the Delaware corporation was created April 3, 2017.
