Blend says Artisan.cash is live on its platform, according to a post on X. The post says users can pay rent and bills, cover card spending and send money to a friend’s Cash App from one balance while it earns yield.

Blend describes itself as “the connection layer for regulated finance.” Its site says it provides fintech platforms with per-user, non-custodial on-chain accounts, OFAC and transaction screening, and audit trails.

Artisan’s landing page describes a non-custodial stablecoin account for paying rent, card bills and utilities from a stablecoin balance. It also says users can transfer funds to Cash App, Venmo, PayPal and a bank, while earning yield through audited DeFi.

The link between the two companies is confirmed only in Blend’s post. Artisan’s site does not name Blend and instead shows infrastructure partner logos for Privy, MoonPay, Spinwheel, Bridge, Stripe and dakota.xyz. The site presents Artisan in an early-access signup state rather than as a general launch. Blend’s post is cut off, and its continuation could not be read.

The announcement comes as stablecoin spending products seek to connect digital-dollar balances with everyday payments. Cash App began rolling out USDC deposits and withdrawals to its roughly 60 million users in 2026, reaching 25% of users by May 27, across Solana, Ethereum, Polygon and Arbitrum.

Cashi, founded by CEO Esther Wong, launched in public beta on August 12, 2026. The app lets users deposit USDT and USDC and spend through a virtual Visa card at more than 150 million merchants without forced conversion.
