# Who Goes nears 2,000 downloads two weeks after 1,000 mark

Indie iOS developer Shubham Singh said on Sept. 10, 2026, that [Who Goes](https://apps.apple.com/app/id6777402559) was nearing 2,000 total downloads, about two weeks after crossing 1,000. His App Store Connect screenshot showed 1.95K first-time downloads.

Singh said the first 1,000 downloads took about 1.5 months. The app then came close to doubling that total over the following two weeks, according to his [post on X](https://x.com/shubham_iosdev/status/2097980090319876599) and the accompanying screenshot.

Singh attributed the increase to continued work, feedback and incremental changes to the app. He says he designs and ships his apps end to end as a solo developer. His promotion for Who Goes consisted mainly of demonstrations and videos posted on Reddit, X, LinkedIn and Instagram rather than a formal marketing campaign.

Singh previously posted on Aug. 20, 2026, that the app had reached 1,000 downloads. Apple lists Singh as an individual developer, with no separate company name, and his catalog also includes SF Catalog, WordFlux, Color.Dev and Weather-Wise.

Who Goes is a free casual app with in-app purchases. It uses a pass-the-phone format and includes Headbands, Charades, Truth or Dare, Would You Rather, Mr. White and quick-play tools. Players can choose who is up by placing fingers on the screen or using an Auto Pick roster.

The App Store lists version 1.0 on June 12, 2026. Singh said the app had been in development for about a month and a half before its App Store launch. Version 1.2, listed about 15 hours before the store page was checked on Sept. 10, added Mr. White, tic-tac-toe, custom words, more localized prompts and a Home Screen coin-toss widget.

The app sells Who Goes Plus as either a lifetime purchase or a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. Singh identifies himself as a Bengaluru, Karnataka-based iOS developer with more than seven years of experience building for Apple platforms with Swift and SwiftUI.
