Developer Nowshad Hossain Rahat said in a post on X that it is the first of his extensions to cross that threshold. The figure gives the developer’s third product its first Chrome extension user count above 100. API Pilot is listed as free, and its Web Store page shows a 5.0 rating from one rating. API Pilot is a Chrome extension for intercepting and testing APIs. Its [GitHub repository](https://github.com/nowshad-hossain-rahat/apipilot) says the tool can intercept, mock and redirect API traffic, modify headers, and support testing. The repository is released under the Apache License 2.0. The product’s repository identifies Rahat as its author and lists the same Chrome Web Store extension ID as the store page. Rahat is a full-stack developer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, according to his personal site, where he describes building privacy-focused SaaS tools and Chrome extensions. His earlier products include Easy Local Storage Manager, for managing localStorage, sessionStorage, cookies and IndexedDB, and Encrypted Clipboard Manager, a zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted clipboard sync tool. API Pilot operates in a browser-tool category that includes Requestly and ModHeader. Requestly’s Chrome Web Store listing shows more than 300,000 users and a 4.5-star rating from about 1,800 reviews. Requestly went through Y Combinator’s Winter 2022 batch and was acquired by BrowserStack in May 2025, according to its Y Combinator profile.
