Poya Shad says PropPhoto has reached $1K in monthly recurring revenue. Shad announced the figure in a post on X, without providing a customer count or revenue breakdown.

Its [pricing page](https://propphoto.com/pricing) lists a free plan, plus Pro at $35 a month after a $1 first month and Business at $89 a month after a $1 first month. All plans carry no platform fees on bookings.

Pro includes featured search placement, a verified badge, expanded portfolio galleries, unlimited invoices, a booking calendar and client CRM tools. Business adds nationwide service areas, up to 10 team members, 2TB of storage and priority support.

PropPhoto is a marketplace that connects real estate agents and property owners with vetted real estate photographers to book property photo shoots. The company says photographers keep 100% of their booking earnings, compared with traditional agency models that take 40% to 50% cuts.

Its site contrasts the service with HomeJab, saying clients can browse individual photographer profiles, portfolios and reviews before booking in 60 seconds, rather than be assigned a photographer.

Shad wrote that the idea grew from his habit of browsing real estate listings late at night. He said he tested demand with a Reddit ad in r/realestatephotography titled “Find Clients Here,” which brought an unexpected influx of signups.

PropPhoto positions itself against Pixieset, Squarespace and ShootProof, alongside real estate photography booking services. Its site cites a median real estate photography package cost of about $200, with most packages between $150 and $300.
