The raise brings its total funding to $60M, following a $20M seed round announced on October 16, 2025. The London-based company is betting that AI agents can take a larger role in how people find jobs and how employers hire. Co-founder and CEO Matt Wilson said companies have people paid to represent their interests in the job market, while people have not had the same representation for their careers. Jack & Jill’s product has two AI agents. Jack represents candidates through voice calls, email and WhatsApp, while Jill represents employers by analyzing job requirements. The agents introduce a candidate to a hiring manager only when both determine that the match is worthwhile. According to reported company figures, Jack’s candidate network has grown roughly tenfold since the seed round to 350,000 people. Jill has worked with 5,000 businesses, including Ramp, Attio, Multiverse, Corgi, Tavus, Faculty and Fyxer. The company said its agents have arranged 25,000 interviews to date and are arranging roughly 5,000 interviews a month. Wilson and CTO Saaras Mehan co-founded Jack & Jill in 2025.
