Hello Haven launched Haven on Sept. 17 from Park City, Utah, alongside a $15 million pre-seed funding round led by Mayfield. Founder and CEO Frank Addante announced the launch and financing in a post on X.

Haven works across phone, text, email, voice, web and app, according to the company. It builds a private memory graph of a user and can handle daily briefings, inbox triage, follow-ups, order processing and calls.

Addante describes Haven as a digital twin that can act on what a user would do, rather than only responding to instructions. The company said people have interacted with their Havens more than 2 million times since its private beta opened in August.

The service is available through [my.hellohaven.ai](https://my.hellohaven.ai/), the Apple App Store and Google Play. It is free during beta and requires an invitation code.

Mayfield managing partner Navin Chaddha said the investment reflects a shift from AI chatbots toward services that know users, remember what matters and complete work. Chaddha said Mayfield previously backed Addante at Rubicon Project and is investing again at Hello Haven’s inception stage.

Hello Haven was founded by Addante and co-founder Duc Chau. The two previously co-founded Rubicon Project, later Magnite, in 2007 with Craig Roah and Julie Mattern after working together at L90/adMonitor. Chau led engineering and helped take Rubicon Project public in 2014, while Addante was its chairman, CEO and founder.

In its [PR Newswire release](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/hello-haven-launches-with-a-personal-ai-digital-twin-and-15-million-funding-302881418.html), the company said users will be able to sign in with Haven and carry their context with them, including their memory, permissions and judgment.
