[Glep](https://glep.com), which its Y Combinator company page lists as based in San Francisco with a team of 30, said it is launching an AI-native spend-management platform for real estate operators. In a post on X, Andrew Airelobhegbe framed the launch as a shift from horizontal to vertical, AI-powered spend management.

Glep lists pricing at $0 a month, with no subscription fees, hidden charges, foreign transaction fees or minimum bank balance requirement. It targets contractors, property managers and developers with spend management, corporate cards and banking.

The platform offers unlimited virtual and physical corporate cards, with daily, weekly or monthly spending limits and merchant-category restrictions. Its multi-entity banking product lets users manage multiple LLCs from one login, organize sub-accounts by property and hold FDIC-insured deposits through partner bank Core Bank.

Glep calls its AI finance agent Aida. The company says Aida matches vendor information, job codes and general-ledger codes from receipts, and flags policy violations before spending occurs.

YC lists four co-founders: Andrew Airelobhegbe, the CEO; Impact Airelobhegbe; Godstime Asine; and Praise Osagie. The company is listed in YC's Winter 2022 batch, the same batch designation carried by Lenco, the digital business-banking and spend-management platform the same four founders started in Lagos, Nigeria in 2021 and that was selected for Y Combinator's Winter 2022 cohort.

In its own comparison blog post, Glep says Ramp "requires at least $25,000" as a minimum bank balance. Ramp raised a $750 million Series F in June 2026 at a $44 billion valuation, reporting more than 70,000 business customers and run-rate revenue exceeding $1.5 billion. It has expanded from corporate cards into payments, fraud detection, procurement, vendor management and accounting.

A trade publication reported that Glep's AI agent integrates corporate cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable and expense tracking. Glep did not disclose a funding round amount, date or named investors.
