Anarock has acquired a 51% stake in DSP Design Associates, the real estate services firm said in a post on X. Free Press Journal, citing sources, reported an enterprise value of ₹400 crore, a figure Anarock has not officially disclosed.

The purchase gives Anarock a majority holding in a firm that works across architecture and master planning, interior design, and design-build. Anarock said the combination would extend its services from site selection and transactions to design and construction.

DSP has more than three decades of history, more than 320 professionals in India and more than 1,000 delivered projects, according to the Tribune. It has more than 125 million square feet under way and operates in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, NCR and Hyderabad.

The Tribune also lists DSP as the 42nd-largest architectural practice in WA100 2026 and the fifth-largest interior design firm in the International Giants List 2026. DSP will continue to be run by its founding leadership, Free Press Journal reported.

Bimal Desai, DSP's co-founder and principal, said the partnership would let the firm grow while retaining its design approach and client relationships.

Anarock was founded in 2017 by Anuj Puri and Rohin Shah, though the company says its foundational concept dates to 1993. It operates across more than 15 business verticals, including transaction advisory, leasing and investment advisory, management services, technology solutions, and research and advisory.

The group reported turnover of ₹950 crore in its last fiscal year, according to Free Press Journal. In February 2024, Anarock raised about ₹200 crore in equity from 360 One Asset Management for expansion and technology upgrades, Outlook Business reported.

The company announced the acquisition in its post on X. It did not state the deal consideration, the holders of the remaining 49% stake, or the deal's closing and regulatory status.
