[PageGains](https://pagegains.com), a conversion rate optimization tool, was announced by Jon (@jonbuildshq) in [a post on X](https://x.com/jonbuildshq/status/2101620131776409612) as a landing-page roast tool for $3.99. Users submit a URL and receive an AI-generated report with 10–20 ranked conversion issues and fixes.

The $4.99 single-audit price listed on [the site](https://pagegains.com/) differs from the $3.99 price stated in the announcement post. Jon wrote that the tool is "cheaper than your coffee and meaner than your cofounder."

PageGains offers a free preview that includes a conversion score and one issue before payment is required for the full report. The preview does not require a credit card.

The site also lists credit packs of five audits for $12.99, 20 for $37.99 and 50 for $59.99. It attributes the product to "Jonathan" and references the @JonBuildsHQ account as its builder.

In an Indie Hackers post, Jon reported $159 in early sales from 21 customers and said most customers came from replying to founders' posts on X rather than broadcasting his own launch. A PeerPush listing, published April 25, 2026, categorized PageGains under AI / Product Marketing and said the builder self-reported $100 in monthly recurring revenue at the time. The listing identifies the builder as Jon Builds (@j2fbinfo) and shows PageGains as the account's only product on the platform.
