The company says it tested the approach in a two-month experiment with Scentless, a Shopify brand. A release said the agent, called Max, received a Shopify integration, access to a Meta ad account and raw B-roll footage. It then ran the media operation, generating 85,000 live ad variations across hundreds of campaigns, according to the release. The company reported a 30% reduction in customer acquisition costs and increased sales volume during the test. Those results are company-reported and were not independently confirmed. Notch manages Meta and TikTok ad accounts, according to its site. It monitors performance, creates ads and launches them, while requiring human approval before an ad goes live. Jain described the product in a release as an autonomous marketer with a feedback loop that learns what converts. The company says, its site has shipped more than 50,000 ads for more than 4,300 brands and agencies. It also reports 3.8x blended ROAS on $160,000 in agent-deployed ads; that figure is unaudited. The company was founded by Vinay Jain, its CEO, and Aman Jain. A release describes Vinay Jain as having spent eight years building Meta's mobile advertising engine and Aman Jain as a former tech lead on Twitter's Direct Response Ads team. Notch said in an October 2025 release that it had raised $8 million from AI-first venture capital firms and industry investors. The release did not identify a round type or lead investor. A September 2026 release lists the investors as Wing Venture Capital, South Park Commons, Patron Fund and tech angels.
