On Sept. 4, 2026, Ian said in a post on X that [ClearSERP](https://clearserp.com) attracted 15,887 visitors in its first year, with nearly 2% converting to a paid plan. He released Auto Research that day to mark the product’s first anniversary.

The figures provide a view of ClearSERP’s first-year traffic and use. Ian said users found 3.7 million keywords through the product. He also reported that 1,131 people used its free keyword research tool and 425 used its free ranked-keywords tool. Six people signed up for a paid plan after using one of the free tools.

Auto Research asks users to describe their site and the types of keywords they want to target. Ian said the feature finds tens of thousands of possible keywords and narrows them to hundreds worth targeting.

ClearSERP’s homepage says the feature selects seed keywords and competitors, then runs the product’s research methods. Users can review the seeds, competitors and scope before approving a run. The resulting plan groups keywords into articles, each with a title and meta description. Two keywords are assigned to the same article only when live Google results indicate that they belong on one page, according to the company. Credits that a run does not use are returned.

Ian linked a [sample Auto Research report](https://clearserp.com/share/GGdRZ0iTdbkv59yl-rvz0a) for an informational SEO blog. Dated Aug. 27, 2026, the report lists 17,270 keywords grouped into 476 articles and 28 topics, from 23,916 screened items.

The free keyword research tool displays 10 results immediately and as many as 50 after a user provides an email address, with a limit of five searches per hour. Its page says search volume and cost-per-click data come from live Google Ads data. The ranked-keywords tool operates under the same limits and shows terms for which a domain ranks, including positions and estimated traffic.

ClearSERP’s [pricing page](https://clearserp.com/pricing) lists monthly plans starting at $29 for 1,000 credits, yearly plans starting at $290 and credit packs starting at $19. Subscription credits expire monthly, while credits bought in packs do not expire.

Ian launched ClearSERP on Sept. 4, 2025, through an X thread and his Niche Site Growth newsletter. He said he spent four months working eight to 10 hours a day to build the Illinois-based service after operating the Curated Keywords research agency.
