[Agniverse](https://agniverse.co/) founder An Nayal said on September 9, 2026, that he had registered his Dubai company for UAE corporate tax himself the previous day, avoiding a 1,250 AED agent fee. In the [post on X](https://x.com/consumerxai/status/2097612209736258028), Nayal said Claude filled the Federal Tax Authority form while he watched, completing the work in about 40 minutes before the application received same-day approval.

Nayal released the workflow as the [UAE Corporate Tax Registration Skill](https://github.com/Git-Agni/prod-UAE-Corporate-Tax-Skill), a public repository created on September 9. The project gives Claude Code or OpenAI Codex control of a browser to fill the corporate tax registration form on the FTA’s EmaraTax portal. The user provides the documents and login, reviews the completed form and submits it.

The skill takes the agent through creating a Taxable Person profile and entering entity, licence, business activity, owner, authorised signatory and contact details. It also matches uploaded documents to the appropriate fields. The README lists typical documents including a trade licence, certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association, Emirates ID and passport.

The instructions prohibit the agent from entering a password or one-time code. They also require it to stop before the final legal declaration and leave submission to the user. The agent must stop if EmaraTax warns that a trade licence is already registered to another account.

Nayal said he developed the skill after filing for his Dubai free zone company at no cost. According to the README, agents and consultants charge AED 1,000 to 1,500 for the same form. It says new companies must register within three months of incorporation and lists an AED 10,000 penalty for late registration.

The project says approval usually takes 5 to 20 business days. A screenshot shared by Nayal showed an FTA approval email dated September 9, with identifying numbers redacted. The email said the FTA had corrected some information and issued a Tax Registration Number and GIBAN, which the skill describes as a bank number used to pay tax.

The repository carries an MIT License with a 2026 Agniverse copyright. Its disclaimer says the project is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice and is not affiliated with the FTA, EmaraTax, Anthropic or OpenAI.

Founded in 2025 by An Nayal and Lauriane Nayal, Agniverse describes itself as a growth business for consumer apps. Its offerings include a user-generated-content media operation, the Handler AI marketing agent, and playbooks and consulting.
