# Overture launches Shopify popup tool

NeilXbt announced [Overture](https://overture.lol), a Shopify popup tool built to help merchants grow email lists while rewarding shoppers. The tool includes a one-click “Draft with AI” feature, NeilXbt said in a post on X. Overture's site lists plans starting at $29 a month.

Overture's About page says the product was built by two founders, CyrilXBT and NeilXbt.

The app uses story and quiz popups to capture customer emails. It gives each popup visitor a unique discount code, allowing merchants to attribute particular orders to particular popups. Overture describes the product as a popup that can show whether it paid for itself.

Its Draft with AI feature creates popup copy and design intended to match a store's voice and visual theme with one click. That positions the tool around both list growth and order attribution, rather than email capture alone.

Overture's site lists three paid plans and a 14-day free trial. Launch costs $29 a month for up to 10,000 monthly visitors, Growth costs $79 for up to 50,000 visitors, and Pro costs $149 for up to 150,000 visitors. The plans have the same features and differ by visitor volume.

The About page says Overture rebuilds an existing popup concept that was “priced badly,” contrasting its $29 monthly starting price with competitors starting at more than $100 a month.

The Shopify popup market includes OptiMonk, which has an AI wizard and more than 18 popup types, with plans ranging from free to $249 a month for 500,000 pageviews. Privy offers popup-only plans starting at $24 a month. Justuno offers AI-powered quiz, spin-to-win and exit-offer popups, with plans starting at $59 a month and scaling by visitor volume.
