Eligible customers can invite their whole organization, including people who do not already have a seat, the company said. Admins can activate the product from the Cursor dashboard. The news post also offered a macOS download and a sales contact link. Grok Bot is a computer-use agent. Users create a Bot for a specific job. Each Bot runs on a cloud computer and can operate apps and websites the way a person would. People message a Bot as they would a coworker, and it returns when the work is finished or a human decision is required. xAI says a Bot can learn a workflow by following along once, retain corrections and run the routine independently, and that customers can share working Bots as templates while Bots message each other and share context. The enterprise release adds access, network and audit controls for governing Bots at scale, according to the news post. Company documentation says Grok Bot runs in Cursor's cloud on a dedicated computer per user. Desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux and mobile apps for iOS and Android serve as thin clients for chat, review and approvals. Enterprise-only features include organization-wide enablement, Network Controls, Team Setup, Action Recording, audit logs, OpenTelemetry Export, SCIM and an MCP allowlist. Those controls do not appear for self-serve Teams. The company said each user's work runs in an environment isolated from every other user. Its documentation describes that isolation as a dedicated Firecracker microVM per user. According to the company, a Bot has no access by default and reaches only the accounts a user signs it into, acting as the signed-in member rather than through a separate machine identity, and Grok Bot computers run in the United States. xAI said thousands of organizations have adopted Grok Bot since launch, including Legora, Supermicro and ServiceTitan, and that millions of Bots were created in the past few weeks. It said the heaviest use is outside engineering, with examples in sales, recruiting, marketing, finance and engineering.
