The open-source CRM’s public GitHub repository had 1,613 stars that day. Product Hunt lists Minasyan as Relaticle’s only maker and identifies him as its founder. He said on the [Product Hunt listing](https://www.producthunt.com/products/relaticle?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social) that he had spent about two years building the product, mostly by himself, after starting it as a conventional open-source CRM. Relaticle separates AI access into two trust levels. Its in-app assistant, called Rela, can find, create and update records, but changes require a person’s approval. Each proposed write shows the precise change and is reviewed record by record. Proposed creates, updates and deletes appear on cards with the previous and proposed values. Nothing is saved without approval, unanswered proposals expire after one day, and batches of as many as 25 records are reviewed individually. Authorized external clients operate differently. Relaticle offers 37 first-party tools over OAuth through the Model Context Protocol, and writes from an authorized MCP client take effect immediately instead of entering the in-app approval process. Minasyan described those clients as operating like API clients and asked whether Rela should eventually support policy-based automatic approvals. Relaticle’s site describes the software as self-hostable under the AGPL-3.0 license. Self-hosted use is free and can include local inference with Ollama, while the cloud service charges by workspace rather than by seat. A managed option is available at app.relaticle.com. The site reports more than 28,000 Docker pulls and more than 2,000 automated tests.
