[JONI](https://joni.ai) has opened iPhone and Android apps for what it calls a personal AI computer — a single chat that is supposed to run a team of agents instead of another isolated chatbot.

The apps went live in late July. JONI says it selects a model for each task, keeps memory in a private workspace assigned to the customer rather than a shared pool, and ships seven agents already installed. Subscriptions are $49.99, $99.99, and $199.99 a month, metered in credits that unused balances can carry for up to six months. A planned Joni Store would let outside developers sell additional agents and skills, paid in those same credits; the developer page still marks that marketplace as coming soon.

The product's sharper claim is that each JONI comes with channels into the outside world: an email address that can sort and answer mail, a multi-chain wallet that can pay for approved items such as domains and subscriptions, and a phone line that can place or receive calls and then send the user a summary. Card payments are described as forthcoming.

That combination is meant to answer a complaint the company repeats in its own marketing: people already juggle several AI apps and still have to copy work between them. JONI wants the assistant to ship a site, send the follow-up, or buy the domain without a second tool. It also creates the usual questions about permissions, spending limits, and mistakes when software can email, call, or move money. JONI has not released user numbers, retention, or how often the wallet and phone features are used.

Plans are priced as capacity, not seats. The company says organizations can buy per-seat enterprise access, while individuals buy monthly credit allotments and optional top-ups.

JONI is entering a crowded field of multi-model apps that call themselves an AI operating system. Its bet is that a private machine plus mail, payments, and voice will feel more like hiring a team than switching tabs. The store, if it opens, would be the test of whether that team can grow beyond the seven bundled agents.
